Account FAQ

How do I open an account?
Click on “Create an Account” on the right top side of the homepage. Submit the requested information. Applications can take up to two working days to be processed and you will be contacted when your application has been considered.

What is my account and where can I find it?
In your account on Tier One Distribution.nl you can find your account status, account information address book and recent orders. You can also edit your contact information and change your password. Log in on Tier One Distribution.nl to check your account or go to “My Account” on the top right side of your screen when you are logged in already.

I want to change my contact information. How do I have to do that?
Log in and go to My Account. Here you can change your contact information and edit your password.

I cannot log in. What do I have to do?
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password here. If you do not have an account yet you can open an account or contact Tier One Distribution by using the contact form on the website. We will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I unsubscribe for the Newsletters of Tier One Distribution?
We would like to keep you informed about our special promotions. Therefore, our customers receive a weekly promotion. Do you not want to receive these weekly promotion emails anymore of Tier One Distribution? Log in to your account and got to My account. Here you can edit your newsletter description.

How can I place my orders?
You can place your orders in the web shop or by using the special Quick ordering tool. You can also contact your account manager by email, phone or Skype.

I have received a wrong article. What do I have to do?
When you have received a wrong article, please contact our Customer Service within two working days.

Can I track shipments?
When the order has been shipped the tracking number will be available in your account. Go to My account and click on Track shipments, here you can track the status of your Shipment(s).

Can I see my order history?
In your account you can see the full order history. By clicking on Order History, you can find the details of your Order(s) History.

Can I see download a copy of the invoice?
In your account you can find a copy of all the outstanding invoices. By clicking View, you can download a copy of the invoice.

RMA FAQ

I have an RMA request. What do I have to do?
Log in to your account and click on RMA Request on the top right side. Follow the steps below to submit an RMA request.

When will Tier One Distribution respond to my RMA request?
You can follow your RMA request in RMA History after completing your RMA request on the website. Please allow up to two business days for our RMA department to send an initial response. If you require more immediate service, please reach out by phone or email.

My tracking information shows that my return has arrived, why has my RMA status not been updated?
Our goal is to reply two business days for our warehouse to process your return. Delays beyond this period can be caused by high return volume, holidays, or discrepancies between what was expected and what was delivered. For more information, please give us a call or contact us by email.

What is My Product's Warranty?

Price List FAQ

How can I receive the pricelist?
You can receive the pricelist every day at 10.00 am by email. There is also a possibility to download prices by CSV or integrate prices in your system by using the XML option in your account.
